Overview

The Reviews tab shows your Google reviews with AI-powered sentiment analysis, theme grouping, and response tools. What you see: scan sentiment, open a negative review, generate an AI response draft, edit the reply, and filter into lower-star reviews.

What you see

  • Your reviews from Google Business Profile with star rating, date, and reviewer name
  • Sentiment analysis — AI groups reviews by theme (service quality, wait time, pricing, cleanliness, staff)
  • Owner response rate — what percentage of reviews you’ve responded to (7-day, 30-day, overall)
  • Response templates — reusable reply templates for positive, negative, and neutral reviews

Responding to reviews

If your Google Business Profile is connected (Settings > Business), you can reply to reviews directly from the dashboard:
  1. Click any review to expand it
  2. Click Draft AI response for an AI-suggested reply based on the review content
  3. Edit the draft to your liking
  4. Click Post reply to publish directly to Google

Response templates

Create reusable templates in Settings > Business > Response Templates:
  • Positive — thank customers and encourage return visits
  • Negative — acknowledge concerns and offer resolution
