See the AI chat in action

What you see: open AI Chat, ask for priorities, watch thinking steps stream in, type a follow-up about negative reviews, and read the next response.

Guided tutorial

Use this shorter guided clip for the exact click path: open chat, choose a prompt, wait for the action plan, and send one follow-up.

Good questions to ask

  • “What should I focus on this week?”
  • “Which competitor is gaining fastest?”
  • “Why did my market score change?”
  • “What content should I publish next?”
  • “Which review themes should I fix first?”

How responses are built

AI Chat uses your business profile, competitor snapshots, review themes, recent alerts, rank tracking, AI visibility, and content history where available. It should explain the evidence behind its answer instead of only giving a generic marketing suggestion.

Preferences and memory

AI Chat respects your AI settings for tone, response length, language, and saved context. You can add memories in Settings or from chat with phrases like “Remember we close at 6pm on Fridays” and remove them with “Forget our old Friday hours.” Active memories are capped at 10 and are injected as business context, not as free-form system instructions.

Input, voice, and playback

  • Pressing Return/Enter inserts a new line on mobile and desktop. Use the send button to submit.
  • Sent user bubbles collapse whitespace for readability so pasted or dictated text does not split across many short lines.
  • The mic button records with the browser MediaRecorder API and uses browser speech recognition as a fallback when available. If provider transcription returns an empty result, the local transcript can still populate the input.
  • The Listen action calls the voice playback endpoint and now surfaces provider, permission, or browser autoplay errors instead of failing silently.
