The Reviews tab centralizes your customer review workflow. It shows fetched reviews, rating distribution, response coverage, sentiment themes, and reply tools.

What you can review

  • Total review count and average rating
  • Unanswered reviews
  • Response rate and response benchmarks
  • Rating distribution by star count
  • Sentiment themes and keywords
  • Draft replies you can edit before posting

Typical workflow

  1. Connect your business listing in Settings.
  2. Open Dashboard > Reviews.
  3. Filter by rating, response status, keyword, or theme.
  4. Draft or write a reply.
  5. Review the final text before posting it.
Use filters to find unanswered low-rating reviews first. Those usually need the fastest follow-up.
