The market leaderboard helps you understand who leads a local category and how your business compares. It combines public listing metrics with NearIQ scoring so you can spot strong competitors, fast movers, and market gaps.

What the leaderboard shows

  • Business name and category
  • Rating and review count
  • Health score
  • Review velocity
  • Market position by city and category

Use the leaderboard

  1. Open Dashboard > Market.
  2. Select a city and category.
  3. Sort by the metric you care about.
  4. Compare leaders against your own business and tracked competitors.
Leaderboard data reflects the latest available market snapshot. It is useful for comparison, not as a guarantee of search position.
