# My Business

> Your business profile, listing health, reviews, products, and rating history.

The **My Business** tab is your home base. It shows the health of your own business listing alongside your review trends, rating history, photos, questions, and products/services catalog.

## Listing health score

Your listing health score (0-100) measures how complete and optimized your business profile is. It checks:

* Business name, address, phone number present
* Website linked
* Primary and secondary categories set
* Business hours filled in
* Recent photos uploaded
* Description written

A score below 70 means competitors with more complete profiles may have an advantage for the same local searches, even if your ratings are better.

## Rating & review trends

The **Rating momentum** chart shows your rating over the past 90 days. A consistent upward trend signals healthy review velocity; a flat or declining trend means you need to focus on generating new reviews.

**Review velocity** is the number of new reviews per week averaged over the last 30 days. Businesses in the top 25% of their category typically maintain 2-4 new reviews per week.

## Revenue & business value

The **Revenue & business value** panel shows directional dollar estimates for your own business near the top of the page. It combines public listing signals, review volume, response activity, photos, products/services, and competitor benchmarks.

These estimates are for prioritization and comparison only. They are not financial statements, appraisals, or financial advice.

## Products & services

The **Products & Services** section stores the offers you want NearIQ to understand for analysis, reports, and generated content. Add memberships, services, packages, classes, products, pricing, and short descriptions.

This catalog helps NearIQ:

* Compare your offer mix against tracked competitors
* Spot gaps where competitors mention services you do not list
* Give the AI assistant and reports first-party context for recommendations
* Generate more accurate ads, posts, and landing page drafts

Products can be added, edited, or deleted from the app. Empty states explain what to add next instead of showing a blank table.

## Price accuracy and conflicts

NearIQ treats product prices as source-backed evidence, not blind truth. Owner-entered data is the strongest signal for your own business. For competitors, fresh website pricing changes are usually stronger than older listing data, listing product data is stronger than review mentions, and AI-suggested prices require human review before use.

If a website price and a public listing product price disagree, NearIQ should show the most current high-confidence price while preserving the conflict in AI context, reports, and recommendations. The right action is to verify the source before publishing price claims, launching ads, or changing your own pricing.

## Linking your listing

If your listing isn't linked yet, click **Link my listing** and search for your business. NearIQ stores your listing ID for:

* Exact matching in rank tracker grid checks, not just name matching
* Monitoring your own reviews for sentiment analysis
* Tracking your own rating changes and alerting you to drops

## Owner response rate

The **Owner response rate** shows what percentage of reviews you've responded to. Aim for 100% response rate on all reviews, especially 1-3 star reviews.
