# Google Business Profile

> Connect and monitor your Google Business Profile health, insights, reviews, photos, and listing completeness.

The **Google Business Profile** workflow connects your listing to NearIQ so the dashboard can track first-party performance and surface optimization gaps.

## What NearIQ checks

* Business name, address, phone, and website
* Primary and secondary categories
* Business hours
* Review count, rating, and response coverage
* Photo coverage
* Listing completeness and GBP health score

## Connect your listing

1. Open **Dashboard > My Business** or **Settings > Integrations**.
2. Choose **Connect Google Business Profile**.
3. Select the matching account and location.
4. Confirm the listing shown in NearIQ matches your real business.

## Insights

Once connected, NearIQ can show first-party GBP insight metrics such as profile interactions and search visibility where the Google account provides access.

## Security note

OAuth tokens and webhook URLs are encrypted in application code before storage. Do not paste credentials or API keys into support forms or docs feedback.
