# Gap Analysis

> Generate prioritized competitive gaps and strengths for your active business.

Gap Analysis turns your business profile, competitors, reviews, market data, rank
checks, citations, and engagement signals into a prioritized action plan.

What you see: click the gap pressure visual, jump to a critical gap, review the action plan, refine the analysis, and scan strengths.

## Caching

Gap Analysis is cached for 24 hours per business. Use Refresh when you have
changed competitors, connected new data, or want to re-run the analysis after a
meaningful update.

Generated analysis respects your saved AI response-length and language preferences. Saved context notes from AI settings are included as business context, while recommendations still use only tracked NearIQ data for claims and metrics.

## Reading the cards

Each gap includes the impact, estimated effort, and a specific action. Treat high
impact gaps as the first items to work through.
